Yummy Mummy bodies offer classes for women who have just had a baby and are looking to regain their pre pregnancy body. The classes are designed to be a fun workout for both you and your baby but at the same time challenging. The class is held in a well equipped studio which also has a créche facility should you choose to workout without your baby. Babies are of course welcome in the classes and there is always a fun element for them too.

I absolutely love these classes, it gives me the opportunity to exercise and bring my baby along without having to worry about a babysitter. Its also lovely to meet lots of other nice mummys. I'm definitely seeing the hard work paying off and am even trying to get these classes going in the evening :) Geraldine is so lovely and makes sure everyone is comfortable with the workout.

Geraldine's regular fitness classes are a fun, effective way to get exercising whilst having fun with your baby. The exercises are tailored to the needs of new mums, with targeted exercises and playmats for the little ones. It's lovely to go to a 'baby group' that involves something really positive for the mums too.
